Our location at the corner of Frances and Southard streets allows guests to live like a local in this charming Old Town neighborhood. The entire inn has been recently remodeled to return it to its historic past.
The inn and private courtyard may be reserved for wedding parties and group or corporate functions.

This is a non-smoking, adult-only (26+) inn. No pets allowed.
Cancelation Policy
If you cancel your reservation prior to 30 days before your check-in, you will be refunded the full amount of your reservation. If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, you forfeit the entire amount. This is a small inn and we rely on advance deposits for our reservations.
